Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Return period

After notifying us that you wish to return an item, you should return the item as soon as possible and within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and carefully packaged.

For antiques, vintage items, handmade pieces, and one-of-a-kind items, please return the item with the same care and packaging protection as it was delivered.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item or after you provide proof that the item has been sent back, where applicable.

Refunds will usually be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Items that may not be returnable

Some items may not be eligible for return under applicable consumer law, such as:

– Custom-made or personalised items
– Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed
– Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
