We aim to make shipping clear and simple for customers.

Shipping locations

We ship within Bulgaria and internationally.

Shipping methods

For Bulgaria, delivery may be handled by Speedy courier or Post Office, depending on the order and item type.

For international orders, Post Office shipping is available for standard items.

Standard postage

For standard jewellery and small items, Post Office postage is 8€ for Bulgaria and international orders, unless otherwise stated.

Bulgaria orders under 55€

For Bulgaria orders under 55€, Speedy courier delivery may be available and the customer pays the courier directly upon delivery.

Bulgaria orders over 55€

For Bulgaria orders over 55€, Speedy courier delivery is free for the customer. The delivery cost is paid by Artisan’s Treasures by Noeleen.

Special postage items

Some items require special postage because of size, weight, value, or fragility. This may include:

– Antiques
– Antique lamps
– Paintings
– Fragile items
– Heavy items

For these products, the postage cost will be shown clearly on the product page, cart, or checkout before purchase.

Special postage items are not covered by the standard 8€ postage rule or the free shipping over 55€ rule, unless clearly stated.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination, postal service, courier, customs, and seasonal delays. We will prepare and dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply in their country.

Incorrect delivery information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.
