Products

We do our best to describe and photograph all products accurately. Many items are handmade, vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind, so small variations, signs of age, or natural imperfections may be present.

For antique or vintage items, age-related marks, wear, or character are part of the item’s nature and will be described as clearly as possible.

Product availability

Many products are unique or available in limited quantity. If a product quantity reaches zero, it will be marked as out of stock.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be changed after purchase.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An order is accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if payment is not completed.

Payments

We currently accept:

– PayPal
– Bank transfer

For bank transfer orders, payment instructions will be provided during checkout or after the order is placed. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

Orders paid by bank transfer may be processed after payment has been received.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are explained on the Shipping & Delivery page. Some items, such as antiques, antique lamps, paintings, fragile items, or heavy items, may have special postage costs.

Returns and refunds

Customers may have the right to cancel and return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer law and the conditions explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.
